whether the CA election takes place or not depends on the cpn(maoist)''s attitude. but, practically as well as ideologicaly, election at present is not a favourable option for maoists. therefor i have doubts about the election taking place in november.

The Constituent Assembly (CA) elections should held on Nov 22, 2007 if the maoist wiil not come in blockade. I think the fear is only one side in electoin that is maoist party.The maoist want immediately & direct rule in nepal but not go through election.

without creating a neutral political environment we can''t expect a credible CA election. equal rights, unhindered access to state resources to all stake holders and non-partisan governmant are pre-requisites for neutral political environment, which is the basis for free, fair and credible election.

Still lots of doubt in it. coz PM is in favor of king, his statements in different dated declared it. so i strongly belief that till there is king obstacles for CA election is sure & till there is Girija as PM there is high probability of postpone the CA election.
